I am active in the field of international politics for more than 20 years.

In the past, I worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2002-2013), where I held various diplomatic positions, including Deputy Head of the Czech Embassy in Lithuania, and at the Ministry of Industry and Trade (2000-2002).

Since 2013, I have been working in the non-governmental sphere as an independent security expert. Currently, I work as Head of Department of Security Studies at the private CEVRO University, where I also lecture.

I graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University in Prague, obtaining a Ph.D. degree in International Relations in 2007.
